The Agile Unit is a newly created area at eggs that aims to set up customers and internal development teams more efficiently and effectively through our agile expertise. Our vision is to create a working environment for people in which they can develop to the best of their abilities and work with enthusiasm.
Tasks of the Agile Unit
- Implementation of agile frameworks for customers
- Support and improvement of agile structures for external customers
- Workshops and trainings for external customers
- Workshops and trainings for eggsperts
- Offers for team development at eggs
Cooperation in the Agile Unit

You have
- a certificate as PSM I or CSM
- minimum 2 years experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Agile Master or similar in an agile setting with responsibility for team development
- good knowledge of agile approaches, methods and frameworks (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
- ideally you already have some knowledge of scaled frameworks (e.g. LeSS, SAFe)
- very good German skills and project-safe English skills
You are
- a role model in terms of self-organization and personal responsibility and can manage communication within Scrum teams with a high degree of empathy and patience
- able to coach project teams and perform Scrum ceremonies
- professional in Scrum/Agile and able to communicate your agile mindset to team members and customers
- confident in supporting team members within a team to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings and proactively helps to find solutions
- always motivated to find creative as well as pragmatic solutions, even if they are not yet in the textbook in this way
- able to coach our customers on agility as well
You will
- Perform standard tasks of a Scrum Master according to the Scrum Guide
- Support framework implementation and customer consulting, including problem analysis, implementation and long-term customer retention
- conceptualize, prepare and execute workshops
- support our teams within eggs in their agility
- promote the eggs team spirit
- get involved in the creation of marketing videos for the Agile Unit
- be on business trips at times
